Returns & Refunds Policy

Return Eligibility

We want you to love your purchase from Loving God Clothing.

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn and unused
  • In their original condition
  • Free from stains, odors, or damage
  • Returned with any original tags (if applicable)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Sale or clearance items
  • Gift cards
  • Customized or personalized products
  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Depending on your bank or credit card company, processing times may vary.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number and photos of the issue so we can make it right as quickly as possible.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or an error was made by Loving God Clothing.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.

Because our products are made specifically for each customer after an order is placed, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, buyer's remorse, or preference changes. However, we will gladly replace or refund items that arrive damaged, defective, or misprinted.
