All orders are processed within 2-5 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

During high-volume periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method selected.

Estimated delivery times:

• Standard Shipping: 3-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-4 business days (if available)

Please note that delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information so you can follow your package's journey.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Loving God Clothing is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is under the carrier's control. If your package is delayed, lost, or damaged during transit, please contact the shipping carrier first. We will do our best to assist you when possible.
